Greetings
1️⃣ Resolution:
The theme of our up coming convention will be on Road & Caterpillar.
The Caterpillar project that was put ON HOLD b4 our last convention in Minnesota & switched to Humanitarian assistance due to the crisis in Cameroon is reinstated.
We currently have about $40,000 in pledges with 10% already paid for the Caterpillar. This pledges will stand & new ones will continue till our convention in Houston-TX.
New pledges should indicate which bucket it is going into: General Road or Caterpillar or which portion is going where
2️⃣ Resolution:
Amendment of the Constitution/Bylaws amendment
Any good association that grows must sometimes make changes to its laws & regulations to adapt to new realities. A committee will be put in place to work on a constitutional/Bylaw amendment to include the Women's Wing & other important changes we've had or anticipate to have

We are saddened to lean of the passing away of Mr Peter Pechemne Teforlack on Dec 11th, 2020 in California USA as result of illness.
Mr. Peter Teforlack was a passionate and soft-spoken man. He was one of the founding members & 1st president of NACDA California branch, a member of Diaspora Nde Pekeum (Awing Notables) and the 1st elected vice-president of NACDA NA which he had contributed in his own way to help strengthen this organization and has contributed or supported many initiatives for the development of the Awing Fondom.
On my own behalf and on behalf of members and sympathizers of NACDA NA, I address my most saddened condolences and the expression of my heartfelt compassion to his family, NACDA California in particular and to members and sympathizers of NACDA NA in general.
I hereby invite all members and sympathizers of NACDA NA to strictly respect the memory of the deceased and to please assist the family anyway you can to alleviate the burden caused by his departure.
May his gentile Soul RIP!

The death of Nde Peter Teforlack came to us as shock because the vacuum left with us will be irreplaceable.
Peter's legacy remains:
"Wrapping up his academic ladder in the US with a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Relations, Mr Peter Teforlack will be remembered, as an educational practitioner who fought for the GCE Board in Cameroon. From a family standpoint, Peter fought to bring many of the Teforlack's into the US and you could see how he lined them up on NACDA lists of contributors". His departure is a big loss for the Awing Fondom in particular and to the Cameroon community in the diaspora in general.
Let's continue to pray for the repose of his soul .
