EDUCATION

 NACDA North America Inc. is committed to providing basic education through our initiative which include pre-school, primary education, secondary education and high School. We work in educating the needy children who are under difficult circumstances and children of poorest parents in the community 

- In 2013, thanks to the donation from the FIS: French International Schools in Maryland, NACDA-NA received, transported to Cameroon and distributed some computers and classroom desks to seven secondary schools in Awing. 

- NACDA-NA in partnership with AEEF (Awing Education Enhancement Foundation) participates in a yearly scholarship programs which gives academic scholarships to deserving students in all 20 elementary schools in Awing. Teachers incentives are also given to motivate and encourage the teachers for their hard works. 

Since 2016, Cameroon has been hit by an on-going socio-political crisis and the educational system in the SW and NW regions (where Awing is located), has been seriously paralyzed, some schools have been burned down, some students who were going to school were massacre causing most or all schools to shut down in these two regions therefore making it difficult for NACDA-NA to execute any project on education. We however continue to look for possibilities to help out when the situation returns to normal.
